Jordan Charles, by his own admission, has spent most of his life 'feeling abnormal'.

Despite this, the 24 year old albino model and influencer has now found confidence in himself, fighting against prejudices and misconceptions against the albino community by celebrating being different and using it as a way to express himself freely. Charles has modelled for several fashion brands, last year starring in an ASOS beauty campaign to raise awareness for International Albinism Awareness Day. His latest project sees him star in Now You See Me, a short film shot by up and coming filmmaker Claire Littler, featuring him dance barefoot and alone with no one watching – 'a portrait of someone who is totally cool about who they are in spite of their differences'. Having grown up feeling 'alienated' and under-represented, Charles has described his motivation to model and work with mainstream brands as a result of 'not having any albino representation in the media growing up', adding 'Having this feeling of alienation has driven me to make a change'.
